Courtesy Car Policy

Airport Courtesy Car Policy

Visitors to the Perryville Regional Airport are offered access to an airport courtesy car. The car is provided free of charge to pilots and crew for short durations. Visitors are encouraged to use Perry County services (i.e., restaurants, lodging, car rentals). Information is posted in the FBO. Courtesy Car Policy 

1. Use of the car is on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

2. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, be at least twenty-one (21) years old, and possess current automobile insurance. 

3. Users are prohibited from smoking or consuming alcohol or drugs while in possession of the vehicle. 

4. We request that you return the car within 4 hours; however, longer periods can be arranged by contacting the Airport Systems Operator at 573-768-6512. 

5. In some circumstances, the car may be used overnight but users must make prior arrangements by contacting the Airport Systems Operator. 

6. Users are requested to replace the fuel they use or contribute to our courtesy car donation jar. Filling stations are located in the City of Perryville and near the Perryville/Chester Bridge. 

7. Car keys are located on the wall in the FBO lounge area. In the event a safe or lockbox is installed, the combination clue will be posted nearby. 

8. A sign-out/sign-in log is posted on a clipboard for each user to complete. Users will provide name, cell phone number, aircraft tail number, and date/time. 

9. The car has identifying graphics on both front doors indicating that it is a courtesy car from the Perryville Regional Airport. Users shall take caution to appropriately represent the City of Perryville in their travels. 

10. A reserved parking sign designates where to pick up and drop off the car. 

11. Drivers are requested to report any problems with the car to the Airport Systems Operator. 

12. Accidents, however minor, must be reported immediately to City of Perryville Police Department at 573-547-4546.
