The City of Perryville adopted the 2024 Comprehensive Plan in May 2024. The comprehensive plan presents an analysis of community socio-economic conditions and physical character. The plan also presents recommendations for meeting current and future needs regarding population growth, land use, and major streets. The comprehensive plan is intended to serve as a general guide to the community in directing growth and development over the next 10 to 20 years.
